You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your billing period — no partial refunds for the current period.
If you feel you were charged in error, email us at hello@pitches.app and we’ll make it right.

At pitches.app, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy. Our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your learning experience while maintaining a sustainable environment for our product and community.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans with access to all premium features, including personalized note tracking, community access, and advanced learning tools. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Once canceled, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation confirmation.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
4. Refund Policy
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase.
- Renewals and subsequent charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a refund if we suspect abuse of our refund policy, including but not limited to:
- Repeated refunds on multiple accounts by the same individual or group.
- Extensive use of premium features during the refund eligibility period.
- Violation of our terms of use or community guidelines.
