These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pitches.App ("we", "our", or "us") and its services. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pitches.App. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of Service

• You may only use the service for personal, non-commercial training.
• You are responsible for any activity under your account.
• You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• Do not share your account or login credentials with others.

3. User Content

• You retain rights to any content you upload or create within the app.
• By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it only to provide the service.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or community guidelines.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
• You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.
• Refunds are handled as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, and intellectual property related to Pitches.App are owned by us. You may not use our assets without written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or act maliciously. You may also delete your account at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pitches.App is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from use of the app. Your results may vary, and no guarantee of perfect pitch improvement is made.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
